Key discussions centered around substance abuse and drug demand reduction (DDR) initiatives at Mekelle University\, under the umbrella of the University Based Anti Addiction Community Movement (UBAACM) 2025.The UBAACM 2025 motto\, ‘A healthy brain is the foundation for learning\, teaching\, and a thriving society!‘\, underscores the importance of this work.
