UBAACM aims to strengthen Anti Addiction clubs in six universities in Ethiopia by creating awareness about UBAACM for the leadership and the community of the universities.

The program involves:
- University Presidents
- The student’s service dean
- President of the students union and other leaderships
- University clubs leaders
- Anti Addiction club leaders
- Representatives of the university community/security personnel and proctors
- Representatives of the community in the university neighborhood.
The event includes:
- Presenting the University report
- Presenting The Food and Drug Proclamation on the regulation of tobacco and alcohol in the context of the university
- Description of health, social, economic, and political problems caused by tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs
- Explanation about what should the university have done on UBAACM and take responsibility.
- And Consultations
Expected results from the event:
- Clubs are motivated for more work
- They understand the proclamation
- They address the health, social, economic and political problems caused by tobacco and alcohol
- Understand how to do UBAACM in an integrated way
